KDR Completes Phase III Renovation Of Pi Alpha House

In 2018, Kappa Delta Rho launched a 5-year nearly $70,000 renovation of Pi Alpha House in McComas Village at The University of Toledo.

Phase III was completed during summer 2021 including painting of the 1st floor and basement, new 1st floor sectional sofa, relocation of the current sectional to create a basement TV area, a new pool table with KDR Crest, a new seating area just inside the front door including a new KDR Crest Rug, new “pillar” pictures, and a custom painting of The Peregrin Falcon.

Phase II was completed during winter break 2019.  Which included new vinyl plank flooring in the basement, creation of an executive conference room, new folding chairs and a new TV and TV stand.

Phase I was completed during the summer of 2018.  Which included new vinyl plank flooring on the 1st floor, a new sectional sofa, new TV and TV stand, new study tables and kitchen table.

Phase IV will be completed during Winter Break 2021.  Phase V will be completed in Summer 2022.
