Leadership is critical to brothers at Pi Alpha. Brothers are encourages to explore leadership positions within KΔΡ and outside organizations. This desire to be leaders has led to 59% of our brothers holding leadership positions in other organizations, including Blue Key, Mortar Board, and Order of Omega. Members also have access to leadership training at convention.
